Rosso di Toscana


It is a wine that is anything but classic.
No chemistry, just grapes.
A mix of Tuscan grapes that put the bordoux in crisis. Vinified only in special years, great extract and personality within our glass. The aromas range from black berry fruits to pleasing violet floral notes.
The perfect balance in the mouth makes it pleasant and incredibly suitable for every palate.
Usually it does not age in the cellar: it finish immediately!

Making process:

Spontaneous fermentation in cement and steel tanks

Maturation: 3-6 months in 500 lt tonneau, slightly toasted , mixed wood

Aging: 3-6 months bottle
