The passion of Podere della Bruciata for quality agricultural products began with extra virgin olive oil.
The olive trees are those that survived the frost of ’86 from which the clones were then obtained.
The harvest is done early before the olive reaches its maximum ripeness.

Olive working process:
Only cold pressed olives, worked right the same day of harvesting
