Bled of Sangiovese from 5 different vintages, each vintage with a different incremental ageing in wood. The recipe was born from the need to compensate for the production and quality changes due to climate change. Spontaneous grassing vineyards, cared for like a monumental park. Steep terrain, vineyards mainly by hand.HARVEST
